LINEAR DRIVE FOR EXTREME CONDITIONS
The LD75 linear drive is specially designed for use in extreme conditions: Its area of application includes mobile applications in the agricultural and outdoor sector, for example, agricultural and municipal machines such as fertilizer spreaders, seeding machines and salt spreaders. It is the ideal drive technology for any kind of adjusting and dosing mechanisms – from animal feeding to any agricultural automation processes automated selection. The LD75 is the perfect fit for a wide variety of opening and closing mechanisms used in agricultural machines such as combine-harvesters, balers and crop care equipment.
Compact and durable design as well as a high IP protection level
The LD75 linear drive stands out thanks to its very compact and durable design. The robust housing is manufactured using the aluminium die casting process and meets the demanding agricultural requirements. At the same time, the LD75 is specified to a high protection level of IP69k, so that the linear drive is protected against penetrating dust and water even at extremely high pressures on the housing.
Thanks to its high resistance to environmental influences, the LD75 is safe to use even in intense heat of up to +65 degrees Celsius and in freezing cold down to -30 degrees Celsius. It can easily withstand UV radiation over many years. Maintenance-free 12 and 24 volt DC motors make the LD75 linear drive system highly reliable.
Easy integration into existing systems
Not least due to the compact dimensions of the linear drive it can be easily integrated into existing systems and machines. The installation length of the LD75 is 245 mm with an infinitely adjustable stroke length of minimum 20 mm to maximum 130 mm with a max. speed of 45mm/sec. The LD75 linear drive has a maximum push force of 750 N and a pull force 750 N. The LD75 is also optionally available with a potentiometer, this option includes a fully utilisable stroke of 130mm.
